How quickly can you deliver?: Orders approved before 2pm are printed the same day and dispatched by tracked courier. Same-day design review is available as an add-on for urgent services.
Do I have to be religious to use The Order of Service Co.?: Not at all. Our templates are designed to be inclusive — suitable for secular services, celebrations of life, and services of any faith. Content is entirely up to you.
What paper do you use?: 160gsm uncoated archival stock as standard, printed with vegetable-based inks. It has a soft tactile finish and holds photographs beautifully.
Can I upload my own photographs?: Yes. Upload as many as you like from any device. Our team will review resolution and colour before printing and let you know if anything needs adjusting.
What if I need help writing the eulogy or choosing hymns?: We have a small library of readings and hymns to choose from, and our support team is available to gently help you shape the wording.
Do you offer discounts to funeral directors?: Yes — trade accounts include volume pricing, a dedicated account manager and 30-day payment terms. Get in touch to open one.
Can I get a digital keepsake for family who couldn't attend?: Yes. A digital PDF keepsake is available as a £12 add-on and delivered by email once your booklet is approved.
